It is a service mainly oriented to coordination and control, aimed at Principals who want to properly verify the project specifications, entrust the execution of a work to several Firms, and enter into different contracts.
Progeca takes charge of:

The activity is carried out through a project manager and one or more assistants, who are present on-site continuously throughout the duration of the work. Periodic coordination meetings are conducted on an as-needed basis, aimed at the maximum exchange of technical information among all firms and professionals involved.
Tender preparation, management and control actions
Procurement activities include those preparation, management and control actions necessary for the issuance and smooth operation of a tender.
Specifically, PROGECA supports its Clients by developing the following activities:

A scientific approach to energy aspects in construction
The entry into force of the mandatory Energy Certification of Buildings represents a turning point in Italy for the development of a scientific approach to energy aspects in construction, quantifiable with comparable parameters that can condition the commercial value of a property and the choice of the buyer. Property owners, investment funds, and large operators find themselves in the position of having to prepare "Energy Certification" in order to be able to sell portions of their assets, as a prerequisite for the deed of sale.
A decisive role in the classification of the home, and the resulting value of the home, is therefore assumed by:

PROGECA offers "Energy Certification" service, as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree 311/2006, as amended), including through qualified EGE (Energy Management Expert - Certificate No. IT.17.03.EGE.RM.0001) personnel.
Engineering and support for plant decommissioning
Decommissioning of a facility is the downgrading, decontamination, and dismantling phase that has the ultimate goal of achieving demolition and the removal of all constraints due to the presence of contaminating materials at the site. Achieving this goal goes through the steps of treating pre-existing waste and dismantling equipment, facilities and buildings.
Engineering activities offered by PROGECA for decommissioning include assistance for complete or partial removal of the facility through decontamination of structures and components, removal of components, demolition of structures, disposal of waste generated, remediation, and final release. The objective of these activities is to enable the site to be restored to pre-existing conditions, always ensuring that the health and safety of the workers involved in the activities is safeguarded.
Maintenance management of real estate assets
The maintenance services activity is aimed at Clients who are responsible for managing and maintaining industrial or civil real estate assets over time.
PROGECA offers the design and governance of the entire maintenance service, both routine and extraordinary, for:

✓ Electrical and special systems maintenance;
✓ Maintenance of thermal fluidic and energy systems;
✓ Maintenance of active security and fire-fighting systems;
✓ General and specialized cleaning services (sanitation);

Progeca develops design services integrated with both the elaboration of Work Files (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and actual technical-functional needs.
Recently, it has designed a dedicated Software for the interactive use of a Technical File of the Work drafted for the management of a High Speed Station; by means of this SW it is possible , by way of example but not limited to:
✓ Organize preventive and maintenance activities through event calendars in which operations on civil works, electrical and mechanical systems are divided,
✓ Verify existing operations calculated by the system according to preventive/maintenance cadences on all surveyed objects,
✓ View the physical location of an object present in the station,
✓ Enter a new activity on a specific object, such as an extraordinary maintenance activity; the tab allows you to report the object code, the room, the floor to which it belongs, and possibly the personnel doing the work.
✓ Print the excerpt from the file that shows for each floor, for each room, and for each object the preventive and maintenance activities to be carried out, their cadence, and information on hazards and PPE.;
✓ For each room, there is a sheet in which details on accessibility, lighting, hazards at heights if any, equipment in operation, and auxiliary means rented are given.
Regulatory and functional adaptations of spaces, structures and facilities
As part of building renovations or industrial relocations, PROGECA proposes adaptations of structures, lay-outs, and systems, which may be functional, i.e., upgrades necessary in view of a new building use, or regulatory, i.e., dictated by a specific legal standard.
In the case of functional adaptation, PROGECA designs the new solutions in concert with the demands and needs expressed by the Client and any other designers involved.
In the case of regulatory compliance, PROGECA carefully examines the current state of the structures and/or facilities and designs the necessary solutions to bring them into compliance with current regulations.
